Carciofo violetto tardivo di Pesaro. Raccolta e pulizia manuale con lavorazione a crudo utilizzando vino bianco, sale marino integrale e olio extra vergine d’oliva.
Artichokes variety „late blossoming violet from Pesaro“. Harvested and purged by hand, boiled in water, sea salt, white wine and afterwards drained in a cotton drapery for one day. There artichokes are potted in jars with extra vergine olive oil and pasteurized at 65°C.
